Carr and Hendrix Swapped Monday, July 9th , 2063 Schenectady and Chesapeake announced today in a joint press conference that 23-year old minor league 2B Jake O'Rourke and 22-year old minor league LHP B.J. Carr will be going to the Hurricanes in exchange for 27-year old minor league CF Brian Hendrix and 22-year old minor league LHP Garrett Bridge. "It'll be exciting to join a new organization," one player said. "Some of us could use a fresh start." The players have each passed physicals and are expected to report by day's end. Taking a look at his lifetime stats, Hendrix is hitting .221 with a total of 5 home runs. |
